Saigon Swizzle Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1¼ oz Kaffir Lime Mango Syrup*
  • ½ oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice 
  • 2 oz Coconut Water

Kaffir Lime Mango Simple Syrup (makes 14 oz):

  • 12 Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • ½ cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar

Garnish:

  • 1 ea Red Shiso Leaf
  • 1 ea Amaranth Leaf
  • 1 Mango Spear
  • Mango Ribbon

Glassware:

  • 12 oz Tall/Collins glass

Instructions

For the Kaffir Lime Mango Simple Syrup:

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil

    Remove from heat and let infuse 4 hours - Carefully remove lime leaves

    Blend until smooth

    Bottle and refrigerate

For the Mocktail:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in glass

    Fill glass with crushed ice

    Swizzle to mix well and top with more ice
