Saigon Swizzle Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1¼ oz Kaffir Lime Mango Syrup*
- ½ oz Pineapple Juice
- 1¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 oz Coconut Water
Kaffir Lime Mango Simple Syrup (makes 14 oz):
- 12 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- ½ cup mango chunks
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
Garnish:
- 1 ea Red Shiso Leaf
- 1 ea Amaranth Leaf
- 1 Mango Spear
- Mango Ribbon
Glassware:
- 12 oz Tall/Collins glass

Instructions
For the Kaffir Lime Mango Simple Syrup:
Bring all ingredients to a boil
Remove from heat and let infuse 4 hours - Carefully remove lime leaves
Blend until smooth
Bottle and refrigerate
For the Mocktail:
Mix all ingredients together in glass
Fill glass with crushed ice
Swizzle to mix well and top with more ice
