- 1.5 oz Fresh Mango Puree, recipe follows
- 1.5 oz fresh carrot juice
- 1 oz papaya juice
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash turmeric
- Garnish: baby carrot, basil sprig, micro flower
Fresh Mango Puree:
- 4 cups cubed fresh mango
- Water, as needed
Combine all ingredients with ice in mixing glass, and lightly shake/roll. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish.
For the Fresh Mango Puree:
Place cubed mango into blender and blend. Add water as needed to desired consistency.
