Ingredients

  • 1 Can Lite Coconut Milk
  • 1 ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Small Mango
  • 6 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except mango; mix well and then let mixture sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Serve in a glass; layer pudding with mango pieces.
