Monster Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 mangos, pureed (about 1 cup)
- 1 packet of gelatin
- 4 small clear jars
- 1 cup boiling water
- Chocolate cookies
- Large marshmallows
- Chocolate chips

Instructions
- Prepare the Mangos:
- Peel and cut the mangos.
- Blend the mango pieces in a blender to create a smooth mango puree.
- Make the Pudding:
- In a bowl, combine the gelatin packet with 1 cup of boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add the mango puree to the gelatin mixture and whisk thoroughly.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow it to set into a pudding.
- Prepare the Cookie Crumbs:
- Crumble the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by crushing them in a bag with a rolling pin.
- Assemble the Jars:
- Layer the bottom of each jar with some mango pudding.
- Add a layer of chocolate cookie crumbs over the pudding.
- Top with another layer of mango pudding.
- Create the Monster Eyes:
- Press chocolate chips into two large marshmallows for each jar to make eyes.
- Place the marshmallow eyes on top of the pudding in the jars.
