Enjoy this delightful and spooky Mango Monster Pudding, perfect for a kid-friendly dessert that’s also “scary” delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 mangos, pureed (about 1 cup)
  • 1 packet of gelatin
  • 4 small clear jars
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Chocolate cookies
  • Large marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mangos:
    • Peel and cut the mangos.
    • Blend the mango pieces in a blender to create a smooth mango puree.
  2. Make the Pudding:
    • In a bowl, combine the gelatin packet with 1 cup of boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
    • Add the mango puree to the gelatin mixture and whisk thoroughly.
    • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow it to set into a pudding.
  3. Prepare the Cookie Crumbs:
    • Crumble the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by crushing them in a bag with a rolling pin.
  4. Assemble the Jars:
    • Layer the bottom of each jar with some mango pudding.
    • Add a layer of chocolate cookie crumbs over the pudding.
    • Top with another layer of mango pudding.
  5. Create the Monster Eyes:
    • Press chocolate chips into two large marshmallows for each jar to make eyes.
    • Place the marshmallow eyes on top of the pudding in the jars.
