INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3-4  fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp dried unsweetened coconut
  • Ice

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
