Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh mango or frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen berries (I like a mix of blueberries, strawberries + raspberries)
  • 1 container plan Greek yogurt
  • Juice + zest of a ½ lime
