Ingredients

Smoothie Base

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen seedless watermelon cubes
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cold coconut water or orange juice, plus more as needed
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave, optional

Toppings

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon balls or small cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango cubes or slices
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lime zest, optional

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base: Add frozen mango, frozen watermelon, banana, yogurt, coconut water, lime juice, and honey ifusing to a high-speed blender. 
  2. Keep It Thick: Blend until smooth and spoonable, adding only enough liquid to help the blender move. The texture should be thicker than a drinkable smoothie.
  3. Build the Bowls: Divide the smoothie base between two shallow bowls.
  4. Add Fresh Fruit: Arrange fresh watermelon and mango on top for color contrast and texture.
  5. Finish: Sprinkle with granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, mint, and optional lime zest. Serve immediately.
