Watermelon Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie Base
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen seedless watermelon cubes
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup cold coconut water or orange juice, plus more as needed
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey or agave, optional
Toppings
- 1 cup fresh watermelon balls or small cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh mango cubes or slices
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
- Fresh mint leaves
- Lime zest, optional
Instructions
- Blend the Base: Add frozen mango, frozen watermelon, banana, yogurt, coconut water, lime juice, and honey ifusing to a high-speed blender.Â
- Keep It Thick: Blend until smooth and spoonable, adding only enough liquid to help the blender move. The texture should be thicker than a drinkable smoothie.
- Build the Bowls: Divide the smoothie base between two shallow bowls.
- Add Fresh Fruit: Arrange fresh watermelon and mango on top for color contrast and texture.
- Finish: Sprinkle with granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, mint, and optional lime zest. Serve immediately.
