Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1 fresh mango
  • 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cut and score your fresh mango

  2. Add half of your diced mango along with the oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, plant milk and optional sweetener to a blender
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Add the rest of your diced mango and blended mixture to a glass or jar
  5. Melt your white chocolate and pour over the top
  6. Refrigerate overnight before enjoying!
