Hawaiian Fusion Mangonada Mocktail with Pineapple
Ingredients
Ripe mangos, 2 large (peeled, pitted, and pureed—blend until smooth, reserving some chunks for garnish)Â
Fresh pineapple, 1 cup (diced into small cubes, about 1/2-inch)Â
Chamoy sauce, 1/4 cup (store-bought or homemade for rimming and drizzling)Â
TajÃn seasoning, 2 tsp (for rimming glasses)Â
Lime juice, 2 Tbsp (freshly squeezed)Â
Ice, 2 cups (crushed)Â
Tamarind candy stick, 2 (for garnish, optional)Â
Club soda or sparkling water, 1/2 cup (for fizz)Â
Instructions
- Rim two glasses with chamoy sauce, then dip in TajÃn seasoning. Fill glasses halfway with crushed ice.Â
- In a blender, combine mango puree, pineapple cubes, lime juice, and a splash of chamoy. Blend until mostly smooth with some texture.Â
- Pour mixture over ice in glasses, top with sparkling water for fizz, and stir gently.Â
- Drizzle extra chamoy on top, garnish with mango chunks, pineapple pieces, and a tamarind stick. Serve chilled.Â
