Mango Ube Cake
Ingredients
- 1 each Store Bought Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 cups Fresh Mango, 1/4" diced
- 1 tbsp Ube powder
- Non-Stick Pan Spray
- 1 tbsp Store Bought Frosting 1 tsp Ube Powder

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- For cake – follow box instructions, add in fresh diced mango
- Take out 1 cup of the wet cake mixture place in a separate bowl, add ube powder to this
- Pour the yellow cake mixture into a greased cookie sheet 12×18, spread out evenly
- Place tablespoons of Ube cake mixture on top of the yellow cake mixture, swirl into each other creating a marbling effect
- Place in oven at for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Place on cooling rack, let cool for 30 minutes
- Once cake is cooled, cut out 3 rounds for a three-tiered cake frost in between layers and top. Garnish with a mango flower
