Mango Puff Pastry

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry
  • 1/4 Cup Egg wash 
  • 2 each Sliced mango
  • 16 slices Prosciutto 
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 4 fl oz. Hot honey 
  • PREP TIME 10 minutes

  • COOK TIME15 minutes

  • TOTAL TIME25 minutes

Instructions

  1. Roll out the 2 puff pastry sheets, cut into 8 equal pieces

  2. Lightly brush with egg wash, place the sliced mangoes down the center of the pastry from one corner diagonal

  3. Slightly shred the prosciutto and place over the center of the pastry 

  4. Fold one corner over the prosciutto and brush with egg wash, for the opposite corner over the pastry and press brush with egg wash. Continue with all the rest of the pastry

  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the entire pastry 

  6. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown

  7. Drizzle the pastry with the hot honey and serve
