Mango BBQ Brisket Sliders
Ingredients
MANGO BRISKET SLIDERS
- 12 each Slider buns or rolls
- 1.5 lb Mango Brisket
- 24 each Dill pickles
- 6 fl oz. Mango Mustard BBQ Sauce
MANGO BRISKET
- 2 fl oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Salt / Pepper/ Garlic Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Mango Puree
- 5 lbs Beef Brisket
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onions
- 1 cup Diced Mango ½ “
- 12 oz Beef Stock
MANGO MUSTARD BBQ SAUCE
- 1 cup Mango Pieces ½”
- 16 fl oz. BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 6 fl oz. Mango Puree
- 4 fl oz. Honey Mustard
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Black Pepper

Instructions
BRISKET SLIDERS
- Place buns on platter and place pickles on the bottom bun, top with sliced brisket.
- Drizzle brisket with Mango Mustard BBQ sauce
MANGO BRISKET
- Preheat the over to 400 degrees
- Using a baking sheet or roasting pan place brisket in the pan
- Rub the brisket with Salt pepper garlic mix
- Spread the onions, garlic, and mango over the brisket and pan
- Add the mango puree and the beef stock to the pan, cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours flip the brisket over and cover with foil and bake for an additional 2 hours. Once fully cooked and tender remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Once rested slice and serve
MANGO MUSTARD BBQ SAUCE
- Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and using a stick blender blend all ingredients together. Place into a storage container.
