Ingredients
2 ripe mangos (1 chopped and frozen, 1 freshly sliced for topping)
1 frozen banana
½ cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings: Fresh mango slices, coconut flakes, granola, fresh berries
Instructions
- Freeze the Fruit: Ensure your chopped mango and banana are fully frozen for the thickest, most scoopable texture.
- Blend the Base: Add the frozen mango, frozen banana, and coconut milk to a high-powered blender. Blend on low, using a tamper to push the fruit down, until thick and creamy (do not add too much liquid, or it will become a regular smoothie).
