
INGREDIENTS
- 75 oz Aperol
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 oz lime juice
- .5 oz pineapple juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Garnish: fresh mango slice, 2 thyme springs, amaranth leaf
For the Fresh Mango Seed Infused Vodka:
- 4-5 fresh mango seeds, with mango flesh still attached
- 1 liter Tito’s Vodka or preferred vodka

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass, shake well. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish
For the Fresh Mango Seed Infused Vodka:
Combine mango seeds and vodka. Leave at room temperature for about 24 hours. Or sous vide for 1.5 hours and let cool.
