INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 cups fresh cubed mango2 cups spinach1/2 bananaSprinkle of chia seeds1-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milkDivide cubed mango, spinach, banana and chia seeds into plastic bags. Store in freezer.When ready to use, put ingredients from plastic bag in a blender and add almond milk.Purée until smooth.
