Course: Mango Smoothie Recipes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 cups fresh cubed mango
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds
  • 1-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Divide cubed mango, spinach, banana and chia seeds into plastic bags. Store in freezer.
  • When ready to use, put ingredients from plastic bag in a blender and add almond milk.
  • Purée until smooth.
