
Ingredients
- 1 oz Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Mango Syrup
- .5 oz Chaat Masala Syrup
Mango Syrup
- .5 cup Mango Chunks
- .5 cup Water
- .5 cup Sugar
Chaat Masala Syrup
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
- .5 cup Water
- .5c cup Sugar
Garnish
- 1 Star Anise Pod each
- 1 strip Mango Peel
- 1 Lime Wheel each

Instructions
For Mango Syrup (Makes 7 oz)

Bring all ingredients to a boil

Remove from heat and let infuse 30 min

Blend until smooth

Bottle and refrigerate
For Chaat Masala Syrup (Makes 6 oz)

Bring all ingredients to a boil

Remove from heat and let infuse 20 min

Fine strain and bottle
For Masala Mango Cooler

Rim tall Collins glass with black sesame seed salt
-
Fill glass with ice
-
Measure 5 oz mix into glass

Add Garnish
