Ingredients
- 1 oz Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Mango Syrup
- .5 oz Chaat Masala Syrup
Mango Syrup
- .5 cup Mango Chunks
- .5 cup Water
- .5 cup Sugar
Chaat Masala Syrup
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
- .5 cup Water
- .5c cup Sugar
Garnish
- 1 Star Anise Pod
- 1 strip Mango Peel
- 1 Lime Wheel

Instructions
FOR MANGO SYRUP (MAKES 7 OZ)
- Bring all ingredients to a boil
- Remove from heat and let infuse 30 min
- Blend until smooth
- Bottle and refrigerate
FOR CHAAT MASALA SYRUP (MAKES 6 OZ)
- Bring all ingredients to a boil
- Remove from heat and let infuse 20 min
- Fine strain and bottle
FOR MASALA MANGO COOLER
- Rim tall Collins glass with black sesame seed salt
- Fill glass with ice
- Measure 5 oz mix into glass
- Add Garnish
