
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Fresh Mango Cubes
- .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Basil Leaves
- 2 oz Tonic Water
- 1.5 oz Mango Gin Infusion
Mango Gin Infusion
- 750 ml bottle of gin
- 1 cup IQF chef cut mangos
- 1 oz simple syrup
Garnish
- 2 Mango Chips each
- 1 Juniper berries, Herb Mix each

Instructions

Combine all ingredients

Let infuse for 3 days

Fine strain and label
Mango Gin and Tonic

Measure Mango Gin, lime, mango cubes, and basil into shaking tin

Fill with ice and shake

Add tonic into tin and dump into 20 oz Bordeaux Glass
