Mangonada Mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe mangos (peeled, pitted, and pureed until smooth, reserving some chunks for garnish)
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- ¼ cup chamoy sauce
- 2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 cups of crushed ice
- 2 tamarind candy sticks for garnish
- ½ cup of club soda or sparkling water
Instructions
- Rim two glasses with chamoy sauce, then dip in the chili lime seasoning. Fill glasses halfway with crushed ice.
- In a blender, combine mango puree, pineapple cubes, lime juice, and a splash of chamoy. Blend until mostly smooth with some texture.
- Pour mixture over ice in glasses, top with sparkling water for fizz, and stir gently.
- Drizzle extra chamoy on top, garnish with mango chunks, pineapple pieces, and a tamarind stick. Serve chilled.
