Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangos (peeled, pitted, and pureed until smooth, reserving some chunks for garnish)
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • ¼ cup chamoy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cups of crushed ice
  • 2 tamarind candy sticks for garnish
  • ½ cup of club soda or sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Rim two glasses with chamoy sauce, then dip in the chili lime seasoning. Fill glasses halfway with crushed ice.
  2. In a blender, combine mango puree, pineapple cubes, lime juice, and a splash of chamoy. Blend until mostly smooth with some texture.
  3. Pour mixture over ice in glasses, top with sparkling water for fizz, and stir gently.
  4. Drizzle extra chamoy on top, garnish with mango chunks, pineapple pieces, and a tamarind stick. Serve chilled.
