- 2 cup Coconut Yogurt
- 1 cup Oat Milk
- 1 Mango, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 tsp Orange Blossom Water (you can substitute with a mixture of 1 teaspoon of orange zest and 1 teaspoon of orange juice)
- 1 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger
Add all ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend until smooth and even in color.
Pour into two glasses and garnish with additional cardamom and edible flowers if desired.
*Leftover mango lassi can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
