Mango Jalapeño Chutney

  • 1 fresh mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 shallot or 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped
  • Cilantro

  1. Cook all ingredients except cilantro on medium-high until fruit and jalapeño soften.
  2. Remove from stove and place ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Pulse ingredients until mixed but still chunky and thick.
  4. Garnish the Mango Jalapeño Chutney with cilantro and serve.
