INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large mangos
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir, reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
  3. Allow jam to cool and transfer to a jar.
  4. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.
