- 2 large mangos
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Stir, reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
- Allow jam to cool and transfer to a jar.
- Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.
