Course: Mango Salad Recipes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large mango, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeño
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Water
    1. Add all ingredients to a blender except the water.
    2. Blend until smooth. 
    3. Thin out with water until desired consistency.
