Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey, plus more if needed
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled
  • 1/2 peeled and diced mango or 1 cup frozen mango

Toppings

  • Almonds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Almond butter
  • Golden berries or other dried fruit
