INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey plus more if needed
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled
  • 1/2 peeled and diced mango or 1 cup frozen mango
  • Toppings:

  • Almonds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Almond butter
  • Golden berries or other dried fruit
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients except the toppings; puree until smooth and transfer to 2 serving bowls. Top with the toppings and serve immediately.
