Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp smoked almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 4 tbsp feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp low fat balsamic dressing
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach leaves, chopped
