Easy Mango Tacos
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Hummus
- 2 Large Whole Grain Tortillas
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 1 Small Avocado
- 1 Large Mango
- 1/4 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- 2 Small Scallions

Instructions
Spread the hummus on the tortillas.
Add the tomato, avocado, mango, salt, pepper, chili powder, cilantro, and scallions.
Wrap like a soft taco and serve immediately.
