White Chocolate Mango Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Mangos, diced
  • 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Cups Melted White Chocolate for dipping and coating
  • Optional Coconut for topping
  • PREP TIME

  • COOK TIME

  • TOTAL TIME

Instructions

  1. Cut and score your fresh mango into cubes

  2. Mix in a bowl with Greek yogurt

  3. Spoon mixture onto a tray into little clusters with some parchment paper

  4. Freeze for at least two hours or until solid

  5. Melt white chocolate and then dip mango clusters until coated

  6. Optional: Top with fresh coconut

  7. Place in fridge until clusters are solid
