Light, creamy, and bursting with tropical flavor, this fresh mango tiramisu (coffee-free) is a bright twist on the classic Italian dessert. Featuring layers of mango-soaked ladyfingers, fluffy mascarpone cream, and juicy fresh mango, this no-bake mango tiramisu is the perfect dessert for warm spring and summer days. Skipping the traditional espresso in favor of a citrusy mango dip, it delivers a refreshing, fruit-forward flavor that’s elegant, crowd-pleasing, and effortlessly beautiful for entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangos (2 pureed, 1 finely diced)
  • ¼ cup orange juice (or mango nectar)
  • 16 oz mascarpone cheese, cold
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package (approx. 24) crisp ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dip: In a shallow dish, whisk together the fresh mango puree and orange juice to create the dipping liquid.
  2. Make the Cream: In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Add the mascarpone and beat gently just until stiff peaks form.
  3. Dip the Ladyfingers: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the mango liquid (just a second per side so they don’t get soggy) and arrange in an even layer in an 8×8 inch dish.
  4. Layer: Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers. Sprinkle half of the diced mangos on top.
  5. Repeat & Chill: Repeat with a second layer of dipped ladyfingers, the remaining cream, and finish with diced mangos. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
