INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound shredded cabbage or coleslaw blend
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Place cabbage, mango, bell pepper and green onion in a large bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients and add to bowl; toss well to coat.
