Sour Fruit Mango Cubes
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh mango, cubed
- Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons citric acid (or more to increase sour taste)

Instructions
- Cut and cube the mangos.
- Add cubes to a bowl and squeeze out the lemon juice on top. Toss with a spoon to mix – make sure every mango cube is covered in juice.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and citric acid together.
- Sprinkle sugar and citric acid mixture over mango cubes until fully covered.
- Place mango cubes on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
- Remove from freezer and enjoy!
