Ingredients

  • 2 racks Baby Back ribs
  • 2 Cups Mustard
  • 1 cup BBQ rub seasoning
  • 4 cups Mango pieces
  • 16 fl oz. Water

BBQ Sauce

  • 12 fl oz. BBQ sauce
  • 4 fl oz. Renderings
  • 2 cups Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 6 fl oz. Bourbon (optional)
  • 2 oz. Butter

Instructions

FOR THE RIBS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Remove the membrane off the back of the ribs, Rub the ribs with the mustard to completely coat
  3. Season both sides of the ribs with the BBQ seasoning
  4. In a large container blend the mango pieces in the water and place into the cooking pan
  5. Place wire rack in the cooking pan place ribs on the wire rack cover with foil and place in the oven and cook for one hour
  6. After one hour remove the ribs from the oven flip over and cook for an additional 45 minutes
  7. Once fully cooked remove from oven and remove the foil
  8. While ribs are resting in a large mixing bowl place the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth baste the ribs of the BBQ sauce and serve
