Mango Ginger Glazed Ham
Ingredients
- 2 mangos, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 pre-cooked ham (cook according to package instructions)
Instructions
- Blend the Glaze:
- Add the cut mango, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic cloves, and grated ginger into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Prepare the Ham:
- Cook the ham per package instructions but stop 30 minutes before the cooking time is complete.
- Glaze and Bake:
- Brush the mango ginger glaze generously over the ham.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the glaze has caramelized.
- Rest, Slice, and Serve:
- Allow the ham to rest for a few minutes.
- Slice and enjoy the festive flavors!
