Ingredients

  • 2 mangos, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 pre-cooked ham (cook according to package instructions)

Instructions

  1. Blend the Glaze:
    • Add the cut mango, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic cloves, and grated ginger into a blender.
    • Blend until smooth.
  2. Prepare the Ham:
    • Cook the ham per package instructions but stop 30 minutes before the cooking time is complete.
  3. Glaze and Bake:
    • Brush the mango ginger glaze generously over the ham.
    • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the glaze has caramelized.
  4. Rest, Slice, and Serve:
    • Allow the ham to rest for a few minutes.
    • Slice and enjoy the festive flavors!
