Mango Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box Vanilla cupcake mix 
  • 2 cups Mango diced ¼”
  • 2 each Sliced mango
  • 12 oz. Mango vanilla frosting 
  • 12 oz. Mango Chocolate frosting
  • 48 each Edible candy eyes
  • PREP TIME 10 minutes

  • COOK TIME12 minutes

  • TOTAL TIME22 minutes

Instructions

  1. Combine all the mix ingredients in bowl, add in the diced mangos and fold together. 

  2. Place mixture into sprayed muffin pan. 

  3. Pour mixture ½ way up in each muffin spot and bake for 

  4. Once baked let cook and mix the frosting with fresh mango pieces 

  5. Using a piping bag, pipe the frosting onto the tops of the cupcakes in the shape of a ghost

  6. Place the eyes on the frosting and serve.
