Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through
  2. Add garlic, ginger and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 minutes
  3. Stir in soy sauce, honey and mango
  4. Cook for another 2 minutes
  5. Serve over rice or noodles of your choice!
