Easy Mango Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through
- Add garlic, ginger and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 minutes
- Stir in soy sauce, honey and mango
- Cook for another 2 minutes
- Serve over rice or noodles of your choice!
