Cheesecake Topped with Diced Mango
Ingredients
- 3 mangos (about 3 pounds), peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 store-bought cheesecake
- more sugar (optional)
- 5 tsp sugar
- whipped cream (optional)

Instructions
- Combine diced mango and sugar in medium bowl, let sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Top whole cheesecake or individual slices with diced mango.
- Option A. Top with whipped cream and then top with diced mango.
- Option B: Top with sugar and brûlée with a hand torch, then top with diced mango
