Ingredients

  • 1 each Pizza dough - premade
  • 2 fl oz Mango Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella / pepperjack cheese
  • 20 each Pepperoni sliced 
  • 12 Sliced mango
  • 15 Pickled Jalapeno
  • 1 ounce Pickled Onions
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella / pepperjack cheese

Mango Pizza Sauce

  • 2 cups Pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mango, diced

Instructions

Pizza Build

  1. Using pizza dough, spread the sauce over the dough leaving 1” from the edge for the crust.
  2. Place the first amount of cheese on top of the pizza over the sauce, not on the crust.
  3. Spread the pepperoni over the cheese evenly distributed. Place the mango over the entire pizza covering any open spaces of cheese.
  4. Top the entire pizza with jalapenos and pickled onions, place the remaining cheese on top of the entire pizza and place in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Once cooked remove from the oven and cut into 8 slices and serve

Mango Pizza Sauce

  1. Place pizza sauce and diced mango into container and blend for 30 seconds. Place in container to use on the pizza.
