Ingredients

  • 4 cups day-old bread, cubed
  • 1½ cups diced mango
  • 2 cups milk or coconut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Layer bread and mango in dish.
  3. Whisk remaining ingredients; pour over.
  4. Rest 10 minutes.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
