Warm Mango Bread Pudding with Cardamom
Ingredients
- 4 cups day-old bread, cubed
- 1½ cups diced mango
- 2 cups milk or coconut milk
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Layer bread and mango in dish.
- Whisk remaining ingredients; pour over.
- Rest 10 minutes.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
