2 – 3 Tommy Atkins mangos (firm - ripe for easy slicing)
2 limes, juiced
Tajín (chili - lime seasoning), to taste
Chamoy, for drizzle
Wooden skewer sticks
Instructions
- Peel the mangos and slice the flesh away from the pit. Score or cut into a spiral for a street-style look.
- Carefully insert a wooden stick into the base of each mango piece to create a handheld snack.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice generously over the mango to enhance flavor and juiciness.
- Drizzle chamoy evenly over the mango, then sprinkle generously with Tajín until fully coated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy as a sweet, tangy, and spicy street-style treat.
