Mango White Chocolate Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled or quick oats
- 1 fresh mango
- 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cut and score your fresh mango

- Add half of your diced mango along with the oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, plant milk and optional sweetener to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Add the rest of your diced mango and blended mixture to a glass or jar
- Melt your white chocolate and pour over the top
- Refrigerate overnight before enjoying!
