Mango Prosecco Float
Ingredients
- 1 scoop homemade mango sorbet (see below)
- Prosecco
- Fresh mango slices, for garnish
- Lime rind (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Add one scoop of homemade mango sorbet (recipe below) to a champagne glass.
- Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh mango and lime rind if desired.
- Enjoy!
Homemade Mango Sorbet: Add cubed fresh mango, simple syrup (or maple syrup) and lime juice to taste to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions, about 20 minutes.
