Mango Peanut Crisp
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Rolled Oats
- 1/2 tsp Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey Roasted Peanuts, chopped
MANGO FILLING
- 3 Large Mangos
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and coat four 2-cup baking pans with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine all topping ingredients – except peanuts – in small bowl until coarse crumbs form; set it aside.
- Combine the filling ingredients together in a medium bowl and spoon into the prepared ramekins. Crumble the topping over the mango mixture and spread with the peanuts.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the mango mixture is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden.
