Ingredients

1 box Vanilla cupcake mix
2 cups Mango diced ¼”
2 each Sliced mango
12 oz. Mango vanilla frosting
12 oz. Mango Chocolate frosting
48 each Edible candy eyes

Instructions

Combine all the mix ingredients in bowl, add in the diced mangos and fold together.
Place mixture into sprayed muffin pan.
Pour mixture ½ way up in each muffin spot and bake for
Once baked let cook and mix the frosting with fresh mango pieces
Using a piping bag, pipe the frosting onto the tops of the cupcakes in the shape of a ghost
Place the eyes on the frosting and serve.
