Hawaiian Fusion Mangonada Mocktail with Pineapple

Ingredients

Ripe mangos, 2 large (peeled, pitted, and pureed—blend until smooth, reserving some chunks for garnish) 

Fresh pineapple, 1 cup (diced into small cubes, about 1/2-inch) 

Chamoy sauce, 1/4 cup (store-bought or homemade for rimming and drizzling) 

Tajín seasoning, 2 tsp (for rimming glasses) 

Lime juice, 2 Tbsp (freshly squeezed) 

Ice, 2 cups (crushed) 

Tamarind candy stick, 2 (for garnish, optional) 

Club soda or sparkling water, 1/2 cup (for fizz) 

Instructions

  1. Rim two glasses with chamoy sauce, then dip in Tajín seasoning. Fill glasses halfway with crushed ice. 
  2. In a blender, combine mango puree, pineapple cubes, lime juice, and a splash of chamoy. Blend until mostly smooth with some texture. 
  3. Pour mixture over ice in glasses, top with sparkling water for fizz, and stir gently. 
  4. Drizzle extra chamoy on top, garnish with mango chunks, pineapple pieces, and a tamarind stick. Serve chilled.
