Hawaiian Fusion Mangonada Mocktail with Pineapple
Ingredients
Ripe mangos, 2 large (peeled, pitted, and pureed—blend until smooth, reserving some chunks for garnish)
Fresh pineapple, 1 cup (diced into small cubes, about 1/2-inch)
Chamoy sauce, 1/4 cup (store-bought or homemade for rimming and drizzling)
Tajín seasoning, 2 tsp (for rimming glasses)
Lime juice, 2 Tbsp (freshly squeezed)
Ice, 2 cups (crushed)
Tamarind candy stick, 2 (for garnish, optional)
Club soda or sparkling water, 1/2 cup (for fizz)
Instructions
- Rim two glasses with chamoy sauce, then dip in Tajín seasoning. Fill glasses halfway with crushed ice.
- In a blender, combine mango puree, pineapple cubes, lime juice, and a splash of chamoy. Blend until mostly smooth with some texture.
- Pour mixture over ice in glasses, top with sparkling water for fizz, and stir gently.
- Drizzle extra chamoy on top, garnish with mango chunks, pineapple pieces, and a tamarind stick. Serve chilled.
