Ingredients

Ripe mangos, 2 medium (peeled, pitted, and cubed—about 1-inch pieces for blending)

Almond yogurt (or oat yogurt for nut-free), 1 cup (plain, unsweetened)

Almond milk (or preferred plant milk), 1/2 cup

Fresh ginger, 1-inch piece (peeled and grated)

Ground turmeric, 1/2 tsp

Maple syrup or honey (vegan option), 1-2 Tbsp (to taste)

Ice cubes, 1 cup

Cardamom powder, 1/4 tsp (optional for aroma)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add cubed mango, almond yogurt, almond milk, grated ginger, turmeric, maple syrup, and cardamom if using.
  2. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again for 30 seconds to chill and froth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of turmeric or mango slice.
