INGREDIENTS
1 cucumber, spiraled or julienned1/3 cup freshly chopped mango2 tbsp dried fruit (raisin, berries, etc.)2 tbsp nuts or seeds of choice1/4 cup cooked grains (quinoa, brown rice, millet, etc.)1/2 - 1 tsp grated gingerPepper to taste1-2 fresh basil leaves2-3 tsp balsamic vinegar or glaze1-2 tsp olive oilToss ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
