Chocolate-Dipped Mango Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
Crust
- 1½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup mango purée (1 whole large mango)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Topping
- 4 oz dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Press crust into 9×9 pan; bake 10 min at 350°F.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar.
- Add mango purée, eggs, vanilla.
- Bake 35–40 minutes.
- Chill, slice, drizzle with chocolate.
