Ingredients

Crust

  • 1½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup mango purée (1 whole large mango)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Topping

  • 4 oz dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Press crust into 9×9 pan; bake 10 min at 350°F.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar.
  3. Add mango purée, eggs, vanilla.
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes.
  5. Chill, slice, drizzle with chocolate.
