Start with the salted rim. Using a lime wedge, rub the outside of rim of glass, and gently dip the rim in salt.
Add Mezcal, lime juice, and mango puree in glass.
Add ice, 1/2 to 3/4 full.
Stir* and top w/ grapefruit soda.
Garnish with mango, grapefruit, lime.
*Note: As you add the grapefruit soda, make sure to stir the drink simultaneously to help blend the ingredients properly. If no spoon to stir, a simple roll back and forth into another glass will do the trick.
