  • 2 Mezcal
  • .25 Fresh Lime Juice
  • .5 Mango Purée
  • 1 Grapefruit Soda
  • 1 Grapefruit (for garnish)
  • 1 Lime (for garnish)
  • 1 Mango (for garnish)


  1. Start with the Salted-Rim. Using a Lime wedge, rub the outside of rim of glass, and gently dip the rim in salt.

  2. Add Mezcal, Lime Juice, and Mango puree in glass.

  3. Add ice, 1/2 to 3/4 full.

  4. Stir* and Top w/ Grapefruit Soda.

  5. Garnish with Mango, Grapefruit, Lime.

Recipe Notes

*note: As you add the grapefruit soda, make sure to Stir the drink simultaneously to help blend the ingredients properly. If no spoon to stir, a simple roll back and forth into another glass will do the trick.
