MANGO-MALLOW SUMMER S’MORE
Ingredients
Mango Caramel Sauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp heavy cream, warmed
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/3 cup fresh mango purée
S’mores
- 4 graham crackers
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 (1.5 ounce) dark chocolate candy bar

Instructions for Mango Caramel Sauce
- STEP 1 – Start the sauce first. Place sugar and water in a small pot or high heat skillet. Cook, over high heat, until caramel turns a dark golden brown. Swirl the pot or use a spatula when needed.
- STEP 2 – Very slowly add the heavy cream and whisk (3 parts). Whisk in the mango purée. Bring the sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
- STEP 3 – Transfer the sauce into a small bowl and let cool slightly before adding to your s’mores.
Instructions for S’mores
- STEP 1 – Heat 4 large marshmallows over an open flame until each begins to brown and get melty. As always, use caution with fire.
- STEP 2 – Half the graham crackers.
- STEP 3 – Sandwich the chocolate between graham crackers and marshmallows.
- STEP 4– Drizzle the mango caramel sauce as desired.
- STEP 4 –Allow s’mores to cool before eating.
