Mango Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups Ice Cream melted
- 1.5 cups Self rising flour
- 1 cup Mango pieces
- 1 cup Powered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Mango Puree
- 3 tbsp Sprinkles

Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees, and spray the inside of a loaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside
- In a medium mixing bowl mix the softened ice cream and flour until just combined, fold in the mango pieces
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan spread evenly
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean when entered to the center cool completely
- Once cooled whisk the powdered sugar, vanilla, and mango puree until smooth. Spread over the entire loaf
- Top with sprinkles and slice when ready to serve
