Frozen Raspberry & Mango Smoothie Bowl

    1-1/2 cups frozen raspberries
    1 mango, peeled, pitted and diced (about 1 ¼ cups)
    3/4 cup 2% vanilla Greek-style yogurt
    1/3 cup 100% cranberry raspberry juice
    1 tablespoon chia seeds


    1.    Place the frozen raspberries, mango, yogurt, juice and chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth
    2.    Pour into individual bowls and garnish with you choice of optional toppings
