Moist Mango Banana Bread – A Tropical Twist on a Classic

This easy Mango Banana Bread is your new favorite way to use up ripe bananas and mangos! Soft, fluffy, and loaded with juicy fresh mango, this one-bowl recipe comes together in minutes and bakes to golden perfection in under an hour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (approx. 3 medium)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced into small cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan. 
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. 
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time. 
  4. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined. 
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just moistened. 
  6. Gently fold in the diced mango cubes. 
  7. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
